Todd is a longtime member of the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) and the California BBQ Association (CBBQA).
He cut his teeth on Texas BBQ in Houston, Texas, for 18 years before moving to Sacramento and starting his BBQ business on the West Coast.
All of Todd's rubs and sauces are homemade, not commercially produced, as is his equipment — Todd designed and built his smoker that he hauls to each and every event.
