Carmichael Market and BBQ* is a pop-up BBQ and catering company that is contact-free and currently only serve during winery events.

Pitmaster Todd has cooked professionally on the BBQ circuit in Texas and California for the better part of 20 years. We are members of the KCBS and the CBBQA societies. In 2015, Pitmaster Todd's brisket earned the "People's Choice" award at the KCBS-sanctioned Smoke on the River professional BBQ competition.
